The Ultimate New York City Girls Trip!

Do you and your favorite girl friends need a new place to explore? Well, New York City is the place to be! This incredible city is full of energy and excitement, perfect to host your next Girls’ Trip. Whether you are from the Empire State or hopping on a plane to experience the magic, NYC has everything you need to create unforgettable memories and have a great time!

Originally from Los Angeles, my closest group of girlfriends and I fell in love with the Big Apple in 2011. We try to cross the country as often as we can to spend quality time together in one of our favorite cities in the US. From the Statue of Liberty and Yankee Stadium to fun bars and music in Queens, we can’t get enough! Known as the city that never sleeps, you will never have a dull moment. So here are a few tips on the best places to visit with your gal pals.

Manhattan Brunch

Manhattan – The heart of the city! Here is where you will find most of the iconic sites like Times Square, 5th Ave shops and Central Park. But the best part about this popular New York borough is the endless selection of fantastic, scrumptious restaurants – especially Brunch! If you are looking to jumpstart your day with unlimited mimosas and delicious shareable plates, try Boqueria. This Spanish tapas bar is perfect for a brunch feast and my favorite part of all… Churros! Filled with your choice of chocolate, nutella or dulce de leche, you will walk out gratified and still wanting more, guaranteed.

Picturesque Brooklyn

If you are looking for the best spots to take the ultimate Insta pics, Brooklyn is full of amazing street art and beautiful hipster architecture. The culture in this neighborhood is so welcoming and unique, full of history mixed with the new and growing generation. After visiting DUMBO for the most popular and recognizable photo under the Manhattan Bridge, explore the Bowery Graffiti Wall in Coney Island. Everywhere you turn, there is no doubt that you will find truly ideal backgrounds for group pics and selfies.

Chelsea’s Late Night Snack

Chelsea, one of my utmost favorite neighborhoods in Manhattan, is the hub of great late-night foods. One in particular is called Artichoke Basille’s Pizza. If I could, I would shout its praises from the top of the Chrysler Building. Don’t be deceived by the name. This is hands down the best New York pizza I have ever had… correction, the BEST pizza I have EVER had! I am here to tell you that this place will change your life, you’ll thank me later.

Bar Hopping in Queens

When looking for the best places to go bar hopping, I suggest the neighborhood of Astoria. It is located just across the East River in Queens. Packed with restaurants, cute little shops and bars, you will find all kinds of fun. And you won’t even have to get in a cab! Start your adventures at The Social before heading to Judy & Punch. From there, you can walk in any direction and stumble across the most unexpected new friends at one of Astoria’s most electrifying bars.
